1. Prioritise Self-Care

For example, by taking care of your mental health by avoiding things that may trigger and damage your mental peace. Self-care can also mean taking care of your physical health by working out even when you feel like you don’t want to get out of bed. 2. Become A Morning Person

Sunlight is great for your health because it not only reduces stress but it’s also a great source of vitamin D. Everyone on this planet has a biological clock, which works with the sun and moon. So, when you wake up in the morning, you eventually improve your sleeping patterns, which leads to a better sleeping cycle. While on the other hand, staying awake late at night can worsen your sleep quality and your sleep cycles.
