Gwyneth Paltrow has spent years building a clean-living empire with Goop. Her brand is all about wellness, natural beauty, and healthy habits. But even the queen of green juices and infrared saunas has her junk food moments.

In a new interview with British Vogue, the GOOP founder, 53, got real about the last time she ditched her health halo. It wasn’t some mystery snack or artisanal treat. Rather, it was a chocolate-covered Oreo.

“It was last night,” she admitted, laughing. “A friend came over and I ate a chocolate-covered Oreo. That is trans fats to the max. That is, like, seed oils all the way.” The moment was funny, honest, and refreshingly human. She wasn’t ashamed. In fact, she made it clear she enjoyed every bite.

Her morning starts around 6 a.m., not with chaos or cortisol, but with a cuddle. She and husband Brad Falchuk, 54, begin each day by taking a minute to connect. “Brad and I always have a cuddle before we get out of bed and just set the day,” she shared. It is simple, grounding, and sounds kind of perfect.

After coffee, she eases into her routine. On workout days, it is Pilates – “a heavy Pilates reformer thing twice a week,” as she put it. “My perimenopausal bones need to do heavy.” It is blunt and relatable, especially for women navigating midlife changes.

And when she is not lifting or stretching, she is sweating sometimes in the sauna, sometimes in a cold plunge. The actress admits that she is not great at the icy dip, but Falchuk is all in. “Brad is a really good plunger,” she said, smiling.

She knows when to hit pause, and she is about to. “I’m going to Italy soon,” she mentioned. Vacation is on the horizon, right after she clears her plate and calendar.

However, what is striking about this interview isn’t the workout or the smoothie or the high-end skincare. It is how normal she sounds. Yes, she runs a global brand and swears by saunas and Pilates. But at the end of the day, she is also the woman who eats a chocolate-covered Oreo with a friend and loves it.
